No Change of Mind Returns

Each artwork and print is made to order, specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your print or artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters production and cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
