Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders worldwide. Prices vary depending on your country.

All prints are individually made to order on the gold Coast and are usually printed and shipped within 7 days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Domestic (Australia): Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of order.

• International: Delivery times depend on your country, but most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post or trackable courier within Australia, and via Australia Post for international orders.

International orders are shipped as print-only.

Important note for international customers:
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to local customs charges, import duties, taxes, or handling fees once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Benji Tobin cannot mark international orders as “gifts” to avoid customs fees, as this is against the law.

Returns

As each print is custom-made for every order, we do not accept returns.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
